Kea Conservation Trust

Ever since we had our bag involuntarily searched by a cheeky Kea on a school trip to Mount Hutt, we’ve had a soft spot for these feathered artful dodgers. In the days when the Kea was part of the Hubbards logo, we helped fund Kea conservation projects to the tune of $13,000 which has contributed to the current 5000 Keas roaming freely in the wild. A nice achievement but still a way to go. In regards to the bag searches, we’re still trying work on their thieving ways. To find out how you can help, check it out here
